If I had a nickel for every time a protagonist I love attempted suicide and then had therapy with God/ ghosts I'd have 3 nickels.
which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened thrice.

Okay so I saw this post about dark percy (really him reaching his Limit and fighting full strength with everything he had) and I was imagining the potential fallout of that. Pretty bad, as you can guess.
The thing is a lot of percys strongest moments happen out of view of the olympians, especially in hoo. The hurricane atop the glacier in alaska, the poison scene in tartarus, bending the depression river and the one in the palace of nyx.
Stuff like the St Helens eruption got him washed up on an inescapable island literally removed from reality until calypso gave him the OK, the achillies curse he got tricked into losing by hera. Smaller moments, the minotaur, fighting ares, the stolen pirate ship, walking on water vs hyperion, freshwater sources, him knowing both Latin and Greek, they're more easily brushed off or at least mostly due to cunning, sword skills and sheer luck and grit.
But basically the olympians don't actually know the full extent of percys strength and divine power. They have hints - percy standing on the throne, winning against ares, his many victories - but what they aren't willing to brush aside in the heat of (an important) battle there have been pretty strong consequences for.
Heck, just look at Frank, he's no prodigy with weapons, he's polite and respectful, but his distant relation to two olympians letting him inherit shapeshifting earned him direct divine meddling and his life force tied to a hunk of half toasted firewood. Man is a honey bear with lactose intolerance and he was punished with a mythical death curse for being too strong.
If Percy's true strength came out, he would risk losing everything. His freedom, most certainly. If he wasn't straight up executed he might wind up in a Greek myth style imprisonment, the way of atlas, prometheus, calypso, or something like the myriad of ways Greek heroes met their end. Good scenario he survives a dozen curses and gets on with life with a dozen new disabilities, best case scenario he's stripped of every inch of divine power and dropped back to the mortal world, not even clear sighted. Total separation from the Greeks and Romans. Oh, annabeth would marry him either way, and his friends would hardly abandon him despite the gods wishes, but they'd hardly be able to see him, and no long range contact without the ability to IM him or vice versa.
All of that to say Percy is hiding his true strength from the gods themselves - maybe not consciously, and it's not even power he particularly wants - but if they ever find out?
It's game over.
But why is he so strong? I don't know. What I do know is that the half bloods of the books are so much stronger than the ones of myth. Used to be that divine blood would get you divine favour and a great fate whether you liked it or not. Maybe some cunning and bow skills. A spot of spell casting if you were really lucky. Achillies got his curse after he was born, Perseus had a dozen magic artifacts, orpheus had something going on but hercules is to my knowledge an outlier. Now? Everyone in camp has some special power. Flight, fire, necromancy, hypnotism, dream walking etc. However it's happening, half bloods are slowly but surely getting a lot, lot stronger every century that passes. Meta? I mean I guess. But.
What no one has done before is something that their godly parent couldn't.
Except.
Except Percy.
Except Percy, in tartarus, at his mental, emotional and physical limit, controlling poison with his mind, overpowering the goddess of poison in her home, making misery choke on misery. Feeling something in his chest crack. Doing something poseidon could not, and doing it better than the person who could.
Down there, hidden away from the gods, he evolved. For that brief moment, he did something, was something new.
And that was how the gods overthrew the titans.
And that's why they must never find out.

What's your take, if you have one, on the cut moon presence boss on the lake of mud?
as always, i dont know. i thought i didn't really have much to say but the more i typed the more i Realized. but i still don't really know lol. this is really image heavy, which made it long, so most of it is under a readmore.
e: hello bea from the future here. hey. this gave me so much to chew on for the next section in a shockingly positive direction. thank you so much for getting this ball rolling
it half-relevant but there's also some kind of. intermediary thing. i think it's the same shape as the used moon presence but its blue. for some reason.
Tumblr media
no animations on this one, so it was cut early. different "faces" as well. or the low quality of the cut one doesn't maintain the "features" as accurately.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
oh what the fuck. hold on. look at the head of the "lake of mud" (LOM from now on) moon presence compared to the others
ive made posts in the past about anti-clockwise and clockwise metamorphosis runes possibly referencing the in-game phenomenon of creature's heads being turned in odd directions. loran silverbeasts and the crawler enemies (ostensibly both loran/nightmare frontier residents) have their "heads" turned clockwise, like above. slime scholar and probably other things i cant remember turn anti-clockwise.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
the crawlers are....i mean they're gross. but also uncanny. there's SOMETHING going on here, right? god only know what though. they are also known for the grim sight you can take in when they rear up to Get You: their...stomach?? is rife with messengers. being consumed? maybe? it evokes the image of the artbook moon presence, who is swarming with messengers in the same area of its body.
Tumblr media
anyway back to the little creep.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
in the center of its chest there's this bizarre unknown thing. if you peel away the majority of its body it looks like this. a grey blob with tentacles. as far as i can tell it doesn't have bones to animate, unlike the rest of the model. the entire model has unfinished textures so its hard to tell what it's supposed to be.
Tumblr media
judging from the blisters on the creature, it is CURSED. the orphan of kos' placenta weapon (which is, i think, just a huge cursed blood gem?) has these same blisters, marking it as a fellow "cursed" great one infant (? probably? look at what a runt it is).
curses are a complex aspect of the bloodborne universe. sometimes they can be identified by the appearance of "sickly spots", but other times, curses are color-coded with purple (or red, but that seems strictly related to cainhurst nope i forgot foetid offering can give enemies red rally auras and change their drop tables to include cursed blood gems. much to think about) auras and magic.
Tumblr media
a curse is exactly what you expect it to be: great power at a high price (like a huge weapon bonus but your health depletes per second), but the source is arcane. the cursed and defiled pthumerian chalice states, "curses are caused by inciting the anger of the Great Ones, and used to hex others." winter lanterns, the enemies with the heads made out of messengers fused into a brain shape, are the only enemy that consistently only drops cursed blood gems (and, evidently, blood gems only form in the dungeon or nears its entrances). given the pattern of these spots appearing on bosses, it can be reasonably assumed that winter lanterns are the result of a great one's wrath. what the fuck! i dont know what that means!
we're not going to bother going into the nuances of rites and data-mining because holy shit. this garbage is needlessly complex for how half-baked its implementation is. but cursed offerings create cursed dungeons to explore with cursed blood gems to collect. cursed and defiled pthumeru is differentiated by the purple (!) skull vapor overflowing from the chalice. cursed rites required cursed materials: bastards of loran are the mummified bodies of infants who died midway through their transformation into a silverbeast. with the clockwise heads.
okay. that wrapped us up back around to the beginning. i think the lake of mud arena was intended to be in loran, canonically. it has a bunch of different variations that probably would have been used for root dungeon generation rather than canon usage. a lake of dried up water fits perfectly with the terrifyingly arid climate of loran (which generates the blue bolts in the atmosphere). at one point, it seems that several chalice dungeons would have had secret 4th layers (they're still in the game and can be accessed with some light hex editing); i propose that this is where that fight would have taken place. the previous layer would have been the cut great one beast. and layer 2 would have been the loran darkbeast. layer 1 would have been the abhorrent beast instead of the baffling loran silverbeast boss fight that's completely inexplicable otherwise. isz has similar pacing issues. oh shit, i wonder if that's what that blue one is supposed to be. fuuuuccckkk.
the ailing loran chalice tells the player that "some have made the dreaded extrapolation that Yharnam may be next" but the game is telling YOU the player that YOU are supposed to look at loran and extrapolate the fate of yharnam from it. loran was also using old blood as medicine and became a place overrun with beasts and abandoned by god. the loran moon presence is bloated with curses and lives in a place devoid of water, a horrible thing for a great one given how much they love to yammer about lakes and the sea. the area outside of the LOM arena is, amazingly, the exact same facade as the entrance to mergo's loft. there's a stained glass window above the door that's shared between locations, yet again linking loran, the nightmare frontier, and the nightmare of mensis together. and, really, the hunter's nightmare, since the LOM arena was very, VERY similar to the orphan's ocean with identical architecture.
holy shit i guess this is what im working on tonight. and now i see how micolash fits into the entire timeline. neat

okay. it’s a meta kind of day today so! watching the new 4sd and realizing that sam has been kneecapping the shit out of fcg by not using basically any cleric spells but cure wounds and sometimes spiritual weapon makes… so much fucking sense
on a doyalist level, of course, that makes sense, and i hope sam learns that characters don’t own spells because i think fcg could be a REALLY powerful cleric if he stopped holding himself back as a player. tal, ashley, and liam gave him some good feedback.
on a watsonian level, though, holy changebringer above, i love that choice for fcg. it was an accidental sam choice, but it works so well with who fcg is. fcg was not originally a cleric whose magic was derived from faith in divinity. they are essentially a self-taught cleric who has only recently found the changebringer. they don’t actually need the changebringer for their magic to work, and i think they know that. their motivation for helping the gods isn’t related to their magic, it’s because they believe the gods can help people better than they can, but i digress.
a self-taught cleric without divine guidance whose main function was to heal? of course they really only know how to cure wounds. i bet his time with the dpb was where he learned to use some of the other lower level spells he has, like enhance ability and a little bit of spiritual weapon, but it makes sense that he’s still unsure of what to do with all the magic he thinks he could do now. nobody taught him how to use this right. the changebringer’s in mortal peril and doesn’t have time to give him a crash course in cleric. so he sticks to what he’s good at: curing wounds. even if he could be exceptionally good at keeping monsters down (his transfer suffering lets him do RIDICULOUS amounts of damage, he just never HITS lol), he doesn’t want to try it, because he’s convinced his only purpose is to heal people. fcg doesn’t know how to use the versatility that comes with being a cleric. it scares him a little, i think.
so. tl;dr—sam’s ooc attempts to completely separate fcg from prior clerics make total sense from a storytelling perspective because fcg is literally a cleric whose entire experience with magic and divinity is fuck around and find out

Can we set the Silver Threaded Fates gang on the Inner Circle pleaseeee
I believe wholeheartedly that they would whip their asses into line so quickly
ahhhhh okokok so like. I don't wanna make my characters all OP bec I think that's boring and also SJM was boring with how she handled the IC being op but THAT BEING SAID
I don't think a single one of them would like most of the IC. especially bec most of them are either afab or queer.
Blake I feel wouldn't vibe with any of them. MAYBE Nesta. But she would Not At All like Mor. Blake has little patience or respect for catty pickme girls who don't do not call off their loser male friends from harassing women. She'd definitely be unimpressed with Rhysand and Feyres inability to govern the NC and that's not even including their compliance in the brutality of Illyrian or CoN women
but also my god Blake would hate their attitudes with money. She's always been incredibly broke and poor and she'd be disgusted with their five houses especially while the Illyrians live in war camps in the mountains- who all require Cassian bringing BLANKETS?
Alixs whole range of powers were inspired by magneto and daisy johnson. Considering all their weapons are swords and steel bases metals it doesn't much faze her. She might like, or at the very least, remain neutral about Azriel but if Cassian looked at her for too long or harrassed her she'd probably knee him in the balls or snap at him. She has 3 (or 4?) older brothers. she does not have the TIME for these clowns
Serafine is probably the most mouthy of them all and she's immune to most things fire or heat related. She'd probably verbally spar with Cassian, honestly more directly and meaner than Nesta would. She'd probably tell him he obviously wasn't that great as an Illyrian warrior if he was Rhysands nepobaby friend who was only in power bec of him and despite being in a position of power for 500 years no one respected him or actually listened to him where it mattered
but also she'd love the Valkyries
I feel like Vila honestly would toy with Amren in similar ways Ilar does. she doesn't care about if Amren is a good person or not or powerful or not. Vila is a true to word faerie who does not take kindly to liars and finds it a great offense. It's not so much that she's lying, it's how she's lying. It lacks tact and she's rude. Faeries have a strict code of honor and politeness (how you view politeness and how faeries do is likely very different 😂)
That being said she also probably doesn't like Nesta either but at least Nesta doesn't lie 😂. But my faeries also are immune to powers of the mind or those sorts of manipulations so if Rhys is wanting to use his powers on her he's going to have to try the old fashioned way but Vila is also a warrior in her own right (Vila in mythology were often nymphs but they also aided the heroes of myth- similar to valkyries to an extent)
but also side note: she'd ADORE Alis and Lucien
Horne would be incredibly unimpressed with all of them and would clean out the camps and the CoN the moment they saw what was happening. They are first and foremost a Hunter who chases down wicked beings and creatures across realms and time.
Possibly, they consider Rhysand (and Feyre) the worst offender of them all. As he is a coward who is in charge and is *not* protecting anyone. They are also immune to all forms of elemental powers, so fire, ice, etc, magic doesn't harm them, and they have mental defenses they've trained to use. So, while Rhysand could potentially get into their head, he'd have to actually try
Elias Might like acomaf and acowar Cassian. Though he wouldn't like how Cassian goads Nesta sexually. He has a sister ok and a mom. in what world is it okay to harrass a woman like that. also, I think he might have a spoft spot for Elain and Gwyn
Ilar would probably pester all of the IC. They're a lil imp and a lil bit of a shithead, in the best possible way. Imagine this cat-like blue faerie just causing various forms of chaos with someone as impaitent as Feyre or Cassian or Rhysand or Cassian. They'd be partial to the Valkyries or anyone that gave them treats. So big fan of Alis
Bożechna would probably be indifferent to the whole IC but if Rhysand tried any of his mind games with her, she'd stop him in his tracks. She is a seer and does not put up with Anyone trying to mess with her or hers. Like she's already being poisoned by her evil court members she's not going to let Rhysand badger her into something she has no desire to do. She's probably the most like Nesta

Zelda Theory: Fi the Fairy Queen
Okay, so this post by @twilight-linkess inspired me to move forward with a theory I had. This got way too long. Ye who travel onward beware. Here there be theories.
The gist of my theory is that Fi is a fully matured Fairy Queen and that Fairy Queen is a specific species of fairy. I also think Fi and all fairies (Fairy Queens, Great Fairies, Fairies, etc.) are  raised to help heroes with their magic.  With Fi, I think she excelled as a fairy which ended with her earning the title of “Sword Spirit.” And maybe was specially chosen for her particular set of skills to be the Fairy that would inhabit the Master Sword for thousands of years.
If this is of interest to you, I have some more to say...A lot more to say.
So first things first.
Here is a Fairy Queen from The Wind Waker:
Tumblr media
And here is an image of Fi from Skyward Sword:
Tumblr media
These two look so so so so similar. Everything from base color palette to hair and nearly unreadable facial expression, with solid color eyes. The biggest difference being that the Fairy Queen from Wind Waker looks like a child but is apparently “much older,” according to the ZeldaWiki.
But if Fairy Queens were a specific subspecies of fairies, they could potentially have a lifespan of tens of thousands of years, meaning even if she is “old” by Hylian standards or Zora standards, or what have you, she could theoretically still be a child by Fairy standards.
The Fairy Queen and Fi also have similar powers.
The Fairy Queen in Wind Waker has weapon based abilities. I have yet to play WW, but according to the wiki, her specific ability is she imbues arrows with ice or fire powers.
Maybe each type of fairy has their special magic category. Fairy Queens are weapon/item related. Great Fairies are health or armor related, depending on the refinement of their ability. Regular Fairies are healing powers only. Etc.
And going off that, maybe at a young age, Fairy Queens would still have elemental or weapon-based magic, but would only be able to supply a smaller bit of magic to weapons and items such as adding elemental attacks.
Then as Fairy Queens age, they refine their subset of powers and undergo some form of coming of age ceremony where they are finally able to adopt a weapon form or are able to more powerfully perform elemental attacks. Like I dunno, harnessing the wind perhaps? Which takes us to the Gale Boomerang.
First, take a look at some details on the Gale Boomerang:
Tumblr media
And some details on the Master Sword:
Tumblr media
And some details on Fi’s body:
Tumblr media
These inlaid gems are notably missing from the child-like Fairy Queen from Wind Waker, supporting the theory that she has yet to undergo her coming of age to become an item or weapon meant to aid the hero.
Fi on the other hand would have already undergone her coming of age, and based on her very terrible social skills and obsession with percentages, she was probably a prodigy even among Fairy Queens, resulting in her being specially chosen by Hylia to be a Sword Spirit. Tasked with assisting Hylia in creating one of the most powerful type of weapons heroes will use: A blade that seals darkness.
In Fi’s case, she was to become the Goddess Sword/Master Sword. But maybe the Four Sword, Lokomo Sword, Phantom Hourglass Sword, Great Fairy Sword, and Fierce Diety Sword are also Sword Spirit weapons crafted by a god and a Fairy Queen.
Anywho, that was a bit of a tangent, so what about the Fairy of Winds? What do they have to do with this again?
Well, Fi is a spirit that inhabits the Master Sword, which can talk to Link (and Zelda).
And the Gale Boomerang is another weapon with a spirit that can also talk to Link (and probably Zelda).
If both of these items are weapons with spirits bound to help the hero and they can both talk to the hero who wields them, (given that they still have enough strength and energy to do so), isn’t it possible that the Fairy of Winds and Fi are the same type of being? In this case, Fairy Queens?
If so, the Fairy of Winds may have at one point been able to manifest a physical body like Fi’s does in Skyward Sword after they inhabited the Gale Boomerang. Which I think is a pretty neat idea.
And I like to think that if the Fairy of Winds were able to manifest, she would have similar diamonds on her chest and head, she would probably be dressed slightly different, and she would probably have different base colors.
And—
Wait...
There is another weapon that can do all these things as well now that I think about it.
I’ll be right back.
Tumblr media
Okay.
Look ye upon Ghirahim:
Tumblr media
Did you notice he also has those diamonds? And the hair? And the eyes? And he can turn into a weapon? And he can talk to the hero as well as the person who wields him?
Because he can!
Which means...
Tumblr media
That’s right!
Ghirahim would ALSO have to be a Fairy Queen. Or a Fairy King, perhaps?
Ahhh!
((Okay, future Ani here. This all starts to devolve into pure insanity and  headcanon from here on so like, if you’re anybody is still around and still reading, feel free to stop reading now. Or carry on. Thanks for reading this far. 😅 ))
Okay hear me out. But like, what if Fairy Queens/Kings are all inherently good from the beginning? Because their purpose is to help heroes. That would mean there is a chance that Ghirahim was at one point good. Possibly really good at performing Fairy Queen/King magic even. Maybe even a contender for being chosen as the spirit for the Master Sword. Maybe he resented the fact that Fi was chosen over him and Demise saw the opportunity to act, corrupting Ghirahim forever.
Or maybe Ghirahim was the first Sword Spirit, but was eventually forgotten after Fi came into being centuries later. The new and improved Ghirahim. And then Ghirahim and Demise both fell to the darkness of envy, corrupting both of them forever as Fi and Hylia took center stage among the gods.
Man, I have many new headcanons about an entire race of Fairy Queens and Kings that I need to make more notes about now.
All I can think is that they train for millennia to hone their skills as children, then as they get older they must undergo their own trials, just as Link must in the various games. This is turning into an anime in my head now...I have a problem.
But seriously!
Maybe the better they perform in their trials, the more glorious the weapon they turn into.
So for the Fairy of Winds, they weren’t the top of their class like Fi or Ghirahim who earned the Sword Spirit title, rather they earned the opportunity to be a magic item that would forever be passed down among heroes to aid them in their quest. Maybe they couldn’t be a Sword Spirit because their elemental magic was too good to be anything but an item tied to their area of expertise.
And like, what if as the years go by, the magic drains the fairy of their vitality?
Everything gets more difficult with age.
Even for fairies.
That’s why the Gale Boomerang speaks only once to Link in TP. She is old and tired, but still willing to help, even if this is the last of her magic.
The same problem can be seen with Fi in BOTW. It’s why Fi can no longer manifest a physical body and can rarely speak anymore. 10,000 years was a long time, even my Fairy Queen standards. She finds herself resting more frequently and for longer intervals, but she has a duty. What if she feels like Link falling was her fault in her old age? (I’ve seen fics on this and they have been great, btw.)
Maybe in the next game, Link will have to put Fi to rest and transfer a new Fairy soul into the Master Sword. Or maybe another sword will need to be forged with a new Sword Spirit.
Ya know....just some thoughts I’ve had. Definitely revamped after that comic.
I’m hyped.
Thanks for reading!

chloe for 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 20 heehee :3
[ask game] YEAHHHH CHLOE TIMEMEME!!!!!
1. What kind of person is your OC in a crisis? Are they calm and collected? Do they panic? Or are they chronically the cause?
I mean. She is calm, usually. She likes to pretend she's calm more than anything, she wants to be well adjusted and collected during a crisis so bad but she just can't be. So she just. lies through her teeth and pretends to be calm (not amazingly)
2. Is your OC a loner or a social butterfly? Are they satisfied with how they come across to other people?
Social! Chloe likes going out a lot, enjoys making friends and even acquaintances on the regular! She's sillay like that (not relatable). As to how she comes across to other people she just doesn't.. really care? I mean she cares a little, but the general public's opinion? Eh.
4. Does your OC have a failed friendship or relationship they still think about? What happened? Is it an unresolved regret or is there a chance for reconciliation?
Hm. Carver.
It isn't failed in a sense that they don't care for one another, or that they don't love each other, or that they don't grow to understand one another. It's just the regret that their issues were never really about one another as people, just.. about the situation. The carelessness in which Chloe wanted to live and in the anxiousness Carver knew she had to live. The clashing of those two factors was intense most of the time, but it is still something she regrets. Regrets not being able to... just be with Carver in the way she wishes.
5. Does your OC have a signature weapon and/or attack? How long did they train to master it?
Blood magic for sure- but specifically kind of... slashing her wrists/palm open and infusing her blood with ice magic so she just kills bitches with blood shards. (IS this possible? i dont know its cool though). learned it from her bestie merrill <3
8. What was your OC's most embarrassing moment? Does it still bother them or are they able to shrug it off?
Hmmmm probably when she was a teen, like seventeen maybe, she tried asking out a girl for the first time ever and oh was it so scary. She had hyped herself up all night "You got this, you've got mom's looks plus dad's charm has to work!" and this would've worked if Chloe didn't get so nervous her magic acted up. And burnt every flower she picked to a charcoal-y mess. She managed to pick SOME only for it to flare up again in the moment when she gave them. she was dying internally
9. Is your OC laid back or do they thrive on drama? What role do they play in their group of friends/associates?
Chloe's pretty laid back, usually acting as more of a... passive bystander to personal dramas within her friend group. Fenris and Anders want to kill each other with hammers? Okay, she's gonna drink ale with Isabela, Varric and Merrill.
11. What does your OC believe in? God(s)? Monsters? Love? The power of unbreakable bonds of friendship to overcome any obstacle? The ability of money to open any door? Or are they indifferent?
Chloe's pretty indifferent. She believes in people, in the good of people. She really wants to believe in it, she doesn't know what else to believe in.
13. How important are romantic relationships to your OC? Do they prefer casual sex, short flings, or long term relationships? Do they want to get married or are they content with what they have? Or do they have no interest in romance whatsoever?
Chloe's relationship with romance is complicated. She yearns for it on a deep level yet doesn't know how to act around it, she can't stand the thought of marriage and yet if she is in a relationship all she wants to do is marry the woman she is dating.
When she gets with Isabela it's all very "Hell yeah the hottest woman in all of Thedas is about to sit on my face" but when she catches feelings it's like... "Can we please hold hands i want you to my mom during dinner. if that's okay. i'm sorry that was so cringe i can show my dick instead"
She does prefer long term relationships. she can't imagine not wanting it
14. How important is friendship to your OC? Do they prefer to have one or two close friends or a large group of casual friends? Or do they prefer their own company over that of others?
SHE LOVES HER FRIENDS!!!!!! SHE LOVES HAVING AN INNER CIRCLE AND OUTER CIRCLE OF FRIENDS!!!!!!!! SHE LOVES BEING IN BIG GROUPS OF PEOPLE AND BEING IN THE COMPANY OF HER LOVED ONES!!!!!!!
15. What places hold significant meaning or memories for your OC? Do they have a positive or negative association with those places?
Kirkwall. It's like, yeah obviously. But so much of what Chloe is and becomes, it's all tied to that rotten city isn't it. She's met everyone she cares about in recent memory there, met the love of her life, learned everything she could about her magic, and truly experienced a semblance of freedom. It's both Hell on earth and paradise at the same time
20. Has your OC ever done something terrible and lied about it? Did they run away or blame someone else for it? How long did they maintain the lie and did the truth ever come out?
mmmm no. Chloe is pretty upfront with all her actions even if they ended up being terrible. She owns up to the way she helped Anders, unknowingly, get supplies for blowing up the Chantry. She hates that about herself, but can't lie about her involvement. It's things like that, she couldn't ever truly lie about things of her fault. she could lie about the size of the statue in her honour while standing right in front of it, but never things she has actually done (this is where she and Varric clash a lot)

Fun Fact every werewolf has a slightly different relationship to their wolfside and it effects how they shift and how they behave in their pack + in werewolf society at large.
Let me come out and say, this part of the lore is influenced by World of Darkness (New World, Werewolf the Forsaken + VTR). Click under the cut for a whole bunch of Gay Autism.
First off, you have Jeremy. Jeremy is the newest werewolf in all of Moondrunk's cast: he's only been a werewolf for a few years. His relationship to his wolf is new too: he treats it like (and relates to it) as a parasite, or as an acute disability. He struggles against, resents it, feels a lot of shame towards it, and gets defensive when others question how he treats this part of himself. He sometimes says very harsh things about his own kind that are self-criticisms that come out twisted and hurt his community. Parallel this to how he relates to his bisexuality and to his attraction to Fletch, and contrast to....
Jasper, who lives in perfect harmony with his wolfside( though that harmony is largely physical). He relishes in the power and pleasure his wolf can bring him, and often finds it easy to shift when he's feeling excited or restless. Like Caelum, he thinks of his wolf form as his 'real form', and his human body a facade. He doesn't, however, give much thought to how his wolf influences his behavior and choices, unlike...
Caelum, who, unlike the majority of werewolves you'll meet (especially the born-and-bred aristocratic type) approaches his wolf intellectually. He spent years analyzing his behavior at different phases of the moon and in different stages of shifting; he's deeply familiar with the flesh-and-blood science behind their anatomy and brain structure, their hormonal production, their sociology. He barters with his wolf, makes it a thing of give and take. Balance, something he might have learned from...
Ronan is not unique to wolf-culture, but he is somewhat unique to Pack Noctifer. Because Ronan's relationship to his wolf is wholly spiritual in nature. He believes that his wolf is a fragment of a primal god, one of blood and the moon and the hunt and the wilds. He believes that his wolf powers are gifts, a sacred birthright, and it is grants him leave to treat humanity as cattle and prey. Magic is a constant in his life: crystals and astrology and tantric chanting and mushroom induced astral projection sessions. He speaks of his wolf as an Evangelical speaks of the Holy Spirit, and he passed some of these beliefs onto...
Kase, whose relationship to his wolf runs perpendicular to Jeremy's (intersecting briefly, instead of parallel). Kase treats his wolf the same way he treats his depression and his ptsd: excuse and security blanket; weapon and shield; companion and abuser. He uses the rage and the violence to try and cope with everything that's ripping him up inside, but can't deal with the fallout, so he blames the wolf like its a separate person, instead of a part of him. This also a theme we see with...
Avery! Avery's had a pretty shitty life too, okay? He just whine about it like some people he won't name (Kase). And unlike some people (Kase again) he didn't wait until he got the Bite to start hitting back. Avery has always chased power, has always tried to be an eager collaborator to brute power. He feels safest as a weapon in someone else's hands, and he's also done a shit ton of drugs to counteract the consequences of that lifestyle. Unlike Kase who chased dope like heroin and oxycotin and liquor, and Ronan who favors hallucinogens, Avery did steroids and PCP and flirted with meth for a while. He treats the wolf like he treats testosterone and guns and back-up: another way to hit back, and something that nearly consumes him at times, unlike...
Asher. Asher struggles to have a relationship to his wolf at all. And that's not even his fault. Asher was young when he was Bitten (only 17) and he can't manage a full shift even 4 years later. The rest of the Pack pretends they aren't worried, but they are. Sometimes, the wolf doesn't take right. The full shift, the full spectrum of powers, simply never comes. And here's the thing: Asher accepts that. He knows it intuitively, senses a certain weakness in his body. Not unlike someone quietly realizing that they are dyslexic, and will always struggle with things others find easy. So, while Asher isn't sure he'll ever be fully 'in-touch' with his wolf, he accepts that, and understands that he is no lesser for it. After all, what else is the position of Omega even for?

Jugdral's dragon gods
I forgot to post my Jugdral dragons headcanons theory here!
I know that I usually make posts related to Three Houses, but I'm also a huge nerd when it comes to Jugdral's dragons. So here's a little theory post as we wait for the inevitable FE4 Remake!
Let's unpack!
What the dragon doing?
It's common knowledge that the gods who descended upon Darna were actually dragons. You hear it from Lewyn(?) near the end of the game. Tiki also tells us the same in FEH:
""Naga, god of light, appears as a young girl, and Salamander, god of fire, takes the form of an old man...," Hehe, they certainly sound familiar."
This got me thinking. What are the names of the other dragons? What type of dragons are they? What did they appear as in front of the crusaders?
Tribes
Let's first look at the information we have. What dragon tribes are there in the Archanea/Jugdral world?
Divine (nearly extinct)
Fire
Ice
Flying (wyvern)
Mage
Earth (only Medeus left)
Sea
Theory time
Okay, with all of that information and my crazy imagination, I have come up with a theory! You'll be able to tell that I'm slowly getting more and more clueless as time goes on.
Here we go!
Holy weapon - Crusader - Dragon - Tribe - Disguise
Book of Naga - Heim - Naga - Divine Dragon - Young girl (Tiki)
Valflame - Fjalar - Salamander - Fire Dragon - Elderly man (Bantu)
Book of Forseti - Ced - Forseti - Divine Dragon - Young man (Xane)
Mjölnir - Thrud - Thor - Mage- or Divine Dragon - Wise sage (Gotoh)
Tyrfing - Baldr - Tyr - Divine Dragon - Knight (who the fuck)
Mystletainn - Hoðr - Basilisk - Mage Dragon - Knight (Camus)
Balmung - Od - Odin - Divine Dragon - Swordsman (Navarre)
Gáe Bolg - Njörun - Ethnia - Earth- or Divine Dragon - Knight (Minerva)
Gungnir - Dáinn - Odin.. 2? - Divine Dragon - Knight (Michalis)
Yewfelle - Ullr - Sif or Eyvel - Divine Dragon - Archer (Jeorge)
Helswath - Nál? - Divine Dragon - ???
Valkyrie Staff - Bragi - Valkyrie - Divine Dragon - Old man (Wrys)
Book of Naga
Self-explanatory. She appears as a young girl and is supposed to represent Tiki.
Valflame
I believe Salamander to be a Fire Dragon simply because he's supposed to the Bantu to Naga's Tiki. And his weapon is a powerful fire spell.
There is a deleted line in one of Marth's older games where a fire dragon says something about sacrificing the cast to Salamander. It makes me think that Salamander is the ruler of the Fire Dragons, like how Naga is the ruler of the Divine Dragons.
Book of Forseti
This is where it gets a little rough. I want to call Forseti a Wind Dragon, but we don't know of any Wind Tribe in Archanea. Flying Dragon also doesn't work because those are wyverns and wyverns aren't exactly sentient anymore.
The thing that makes sense to me would be a Divine Dragon. I've also seen a theory of him being an Ice Dragon. Have you heard of the theory saying that Forseti is Tiki's father? Something about him possibly being an Ice Dragon and young Tiki having ice breath instead of flame breath.
I believe that Forseti appeared as a young man, more specifically, Xane. Think about it. Naga is supposed to be Tiki and Salamander is supposed to be Bantu. Forseti appearing as another one of the four divine dragons seems fitting. It's another reason why I think Divine Dragon would fit him best in that scenario.
Now, I'm not trying to say that Forseti IS Xane. He's clearly not. Archanea also happens about a thousand years after Jugdral's events. I just think it would be a fun easter egg to try and tie each disguise to at least one Archanean character.
Mjölnir
Thor being the name of the dragon who made mjölnir seems quite obvious. You might say that FEH already stole that name, but their god of war is actually called Thorr. TOTALLY different!
I'm a little torn on what tribe they might belong to. Mage dragon? Possible. That tome is all about magic, and there is nothing saying that Divine Dragons are fantastic at thunder magic. Besides, Divine Dragons are supposed to be nearly extinct. A bunch of them popping up at Darna would be kinda going against that, no?
What about the disguise? Thor probably appeared as a wise sage, like Gotoh, to complete the rest of the tome dragon disguises. Gotoh is a Divine Dragon, so maybe Thor is also a Divine Dragon?
I don't know!
Tyrfing
Tyrfing. Finger of Tyr, the god of war, in Norse mythology. It's kind of clear when you look at it that way.
Baldr and Tyrfing are associated with light, much like Naga is, so I believe that Tyr was a Divine Dragon.
Why do I say they appeared as a knight? Look at this art made by Suzuki Rika:
Tumblr media
You got Naga as a young girl and Salamander as the old guy in robes- Wait, hol' up a second
Tumblr media
WHO IS YOU?
That's like.. a roman helmet or something. Yeah, I think that's supposed to be Tyr in disguise.
What do you mean it's not official art?
Mystletainn
Did you know that the Mage Dragon tribe is most likely called Basilisk? It wouldn't be a huge stretch so say that their ruler shares a name with the tribe.
"Kee hee hee… So, Marth! You've come crawling back to your homeland… just to die! I am Lord Medeus's most formidable servant… Morzas of Basilisk!"
Disguise is.. uhh.. I don't know. I don't know of any Dark Knight from Archanea. Maybe Camus? He's technically a villain.
Actually, Camus would work quite well. Eldigan's whole thing is that he pulls a Camus.
Balmung
I'll be honest. I just thought that it would be funny if Odin gave Od a weapon.
Divine Dragon, because the family's special skill is Astra. Astra is associated with the stars and heavens, something that fits best for a Divine Dragon.
Disguise is Navarre because he's also an edgy swordsman!
Gáe Bolg
Leif says that the Earth Goddess of Thracia is called Ethnia. Gáe Bolg is the Earth Lance.
Why am I not so sure if Ethnia is an Earth Dragon or Divine Dragon? Simple. The Earth Dragons are supposed to be all but wiped out, with Medeus being the only one who is still alive. It would work so well if Ethnia was an Earth Dragon, what with all the titles and such, but the lore just doesn't want to agree. I'm not sure which one she is, so.. pick one.
Minerva is the disguise. Why? I don't know. I can't think of anyone else.
Gungnir
...Gungnir is Odin's spear in Norse Mythology. Ah, fuck.
"Gungnir and Gáe Bolg were probably made by Duma and Mila-" NO! They were banished long before the events of Jugdral. Naga isn't gonna hop back over there and be like "I know I banished you guys and gave you my fang to kill yourself, but mind coming back to help out?"
...Ignoring the possible name. Gungnir is the heavenly lance, which would put it right in place with the Divine Dragon tribe. This is also part of the reason why I think it would make sense if Ethnia was an Earth Dragon. Heaven and Earth. Divine and Earth.
What about the disguise? If Ethnia disguised herself as Minerva, then it only makes sense that Gungnir would disguise himself as Michalis! Sibling lances and all that, you know?
Yewfelle
Sif is a norse goddess who is the mother of Ullr. She is also known for her glorious golden locks. Interesting that Yewfelle is made out of 24-karat gold, and that the Ullr line have luscious golden hair. Foolproof evidence right there.
There is also the theory of her name being Eyvel. We know that Brigid was saved by her patron dragon. Maybe Brigid lost all of her memories except the name of the dragon who saved her? Questions... questions...
Tribe? Most likely Divine.
With how I'm trying to assign each disguise to a random Archanean character, let's put Sif/Eyvel with... Jeorge.
Helswath
...I don't have a name for this dragon.
BUT! Helswath is actually called "Swanchika" in Japanese, which sounds a lot like "Swastika". The swastika in Hinduism and Buddhism is actually seen as a symbol for fortune and divinity. I guess a holy symbol would work with the Divine Dragons?
I am aware of what the swastika was also used for, but I don't think that's what Kaga had in mind. At least, I hope he didn't.
I believe that their disguise was the lady of the lake who gave Lex the brave axe. Lex does call her a goddess in FEH. Then again, you'd think Lex would recognize the god of his house. Maybe they appeared as someone else at Darna... like... Barst!
I know, it's not very convincing, but it will have to do.
Valkyrie Staff
I remember reading a novel where the dragon who created the Valkyrie Staff was called... Valkyrie. And they also appeared as an old man. Who does that remind you of? That's right! WRRYYYYSSS!
Now, this novel isn't official or anything, but I think it's funny, so I'm rolling with it. Oh, and Divine Dragon would fit them best with the whole reviving people and light stuff.
And now we wait...
...for the FE4 Remake to confirm/debunk this theory or just not answer anything about the dragons! Let's fucking goooooo!!

Estelle and The Mark of Arachnid: The Trident of Poseidon (Chapter 8)
[First Chapter] - [Previous Chapter] - [Next Chapter]
Chapter 8: Sam has the power of God AND Anime?
Disclaimer: The following is a non-profit, fanbase series. Percy Jackson and the Olympians; Heroes of Olympus; Trials of Apollo; Kane Chronicles and Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard are owned by Rick Riordan. Spiderman or any concept of him are owned by Marvel Comics and Sony Entertainment. Please support the official releases.
“Come on, Percy! Let me join!” I yelled at Percy as he kept denying my request to join the event.
“Why not? It looks really fun!”
“Estelle, they’re gonna be using actual weapons and battle tactics in this game. This event is to train the kids for real-life situations against monsters or battles.”
“Oh come on, I learned a lot from yesterday AND learned some skills from Annabeth my whole life.”
“Estelle,” Annabeth intervenes, “I understand your frustration but this is something that only half-bloods like us can do.”
“Oh, so because I’m not special like you guys, I can’t join?!”
“That’s not what we meant,” Percy replied. “It’s just too dangerous for you. We have medical and healing materials that work only on Demigods. It won’t work on mortals like you. So because of that, you’ll risk heavy injuries in the process.”
I guess that makes sense, but I hate the idea of being pushed to the side because I’m some weak teenage girl. So what if I don’t have special powers or have demigod blood in me. Batman and Black Widow didn’t have powers yet they manage to fight alien invasions, super humans and powerful magical sorcerers. Though it’s true that they have training, money and resources. But there’s also other characters like Daredevil; Kate Bishop; The Punisher; Green Arrow; Nightwing; et cetera. I mean… they also had money and experience but…
Huh… No wonder Spider-Man is more relatable. He’s broke like all of us.
“I’m sorry, Estelle,” Annabeth said. “I promise to make it up to you. Okay?”
I shrugged but responded, “Fine, whatever.”
“Go meet up with the Demeter kids and help out with watching Luke and Silena, Okay? I’ll meet up with you in a bit.”
I sighed and nodded as I walked off.
Today is the day Capture the Flag begins. And like Percy said, I am forbidden to attend.
I hate it but there is nothing I can do about it. I don’t have the equipment used for CTF and Percy will not allow me to get any. I love my brother but he can be too much sometimes.
Yes, a demigod’s life is too much sometimes. But I saw regular folks like Sam and Dean Winchester fight against the impossible. I saw regular people stand up against alien invasions. I saw an ex-thief stand up against a multiversal conqueror and win. Were they fictional? Sure. But wasn’t Mythology as well? Couple of days ago, I didn’t believe it to be real. At this point, who knows what tomorrow would bring?
Ugh, I’m just so frustrated is all.
“Come on, Jessie!” Said a voice, I saw two girls heading out of the barracks, carrying gear for the games.
“Hang on, Penny. I need to find my sword.”
I hid behind a tree as the two went inside again to find her sword. They left their gear by the entrance and I noticed it has the same color as Sam’s gear, meaning they are in the same team as her.
Now I know what you all are thinking, stealing is wrong. Do the right thing and you will be rewarded. Well the last time I did the right thing, property got damaged; Percy and Sam got hurt and her dad died.
Sometimes you have to break the rule to do good things. Like Star Wars, if Luke stayed at the homestead, he’d never have saved the galaxy. If Anakin stayed in that Naboo Starfighter, he’d never save all of Naboo. If Rey stayed on Jakku, The Emperor would never have truly been defeated. Heck even life too! If Percy didn’t run off to the Sea of Monster, Camp would never heal. If Percy didn’t run off to find Annabeth, Artemis would still be captured. I’m probably going to get in trouble for this, but I won’t miss an opportunity like this. Still, I’ll be sure to leave a note as a way to apologize for my mischief.
After I grab a set of the gear, I put it on and strapped on the helmet so I don’t get recognized. I headed toward the area where the event is taking place and found the group Sam is grouped up with.
From what I recall, The game will include most of the campers of the camp, excluding Demeter; Aphrodite; Iris and Hypnos kids. The Demeter kids were tasked to watch over Percy and Annabeth’s kids until Annabeth comes back. Hypnos kids tend to be asleep this early in the mornings and Aphrodite and Iris kids were tasked to do chores for the day. If they're missing out on the game, they actually have something planned out for them later on in Summer. Knowing Aphrodite, they’ll probably do a fashion show or a silly love-match game. Iris kids will most likely practice magic involving communication since Percy told me that demigods struggle to communicate due to magic and monsters. As I reached and sneaked into the group, I noticed the Hephaestus and Apollo kids on the sidelines, ready to give medical support and replacement for broken equipment.
I know that there’s no children of the Big three (As far as I know) joining. So the rest of the camp is attending this game. As Chiron announces the game and explains the rule, I was looking for Sam.
“Welcome Campers, to the annual Capture The Flag event!” Chiron announced. “Now for all of you new campers this summer, let me explain the rules.”
Chiron explains how the game is to give us experience on tactics and combat so that when the kids are off to do quests, they will be prepared to face many challenges. Apparently they will also be using real weapons as well. Who’s idea was it to give kids deadly weapons during a camp activity? Why not give them foam swords or nerf blasters or just good old fashioned Paintball warfare?!
I need to ask Percy if anyone ever dies in these games.
Anyways, I found Sam who was also wearing armor and whispered to her.
“Psst, Sam!” I whispered.
“Stella?!” She responded. “What are you doing here?! You know Percy and Annabeth will get mad if you get involved with this?!”
“I’m not missing out on camp because I’m just a mortal girl. I’m gonna show everyone I can be strong too.”
“But Stella, you heard what Percy said. This is a dangerous life.”
“And yet you’re okay with that?!” I asked. “I’m not letting you go through this alone, Sammy. Just like the Winchester brothers, we’re in this together, no matter what.”
Sam usually likes to stay close with me since she tends to get bullied back in the day. But ever since the Vulture attacked us, she wanted me to stay safe and get stronger on her own. I kind of understand though, she lost her dad and right now, I’m all she has left.
After Chiron explained the rules, the campers split up and headed toward their flags. Our team, the red team, are strategizing on how to retrieve the other team’s flag. Several of the leaders talked about how to win and then decided on a plan.
The majority of the group will go on the offensive while a handful will stay behind and guard the flag. A classic tactic.
And guess where Sam and I are stationed?
Yep.
Guard duty.
“I risked getting into trouble just to guard a flag?!” I yelled.
Sam and I are stationed close to the flag while the rest are stationed a bit further but close enough to the flag.
“I mean, it’s better this way,” Sam replied.
“No it’s not! We should be out there, fighting other warriors and getting riled up! Not just simple guard duty!”
“Think about it, logically, Stella. We’re still new to this world, we’re not really ready to face what’s beyond this camp.”
“Well Percy did!” I said. I sighed and sat near a log.
“Stella, what’s really going on?”
Sam looked at me with concerned looks and sat next to me.
“Nothing, just… I hate that my whole life, my family kept this from me. Percy; Annabeth; The Zhang’s; The Valdez’s and even the fact that they KNEW Piper McClean! I told them how much she’s our most favorite actress and how badly I want to meet her!”
“They did it to protect you. Like dad did.”
“Yeah, but I don’t like that my whole family lied to me. They knew how much I enjoy mythology. I could’ve helped them out in the past! I could’ve given important info or something. But instead, I was left behind to attend high school while they go off saving the world!”
I ranted for a while as Sam listened.
“Stella, they just want to protect you because they love you. You know how Percy can be. Remember when we were kids, you heard him say ‘ow’ and you quickly grabbed a bandaid so that he could get better?”
I blushed at the memory.
“You have a big heart, Stella. Percy knew that; he figured you’d go far and wide for him and his friends.”
I shrugged. “That’s what family does, we’re there for each other through thick and thin. And that includes you, Sammy.”
I brought a fist out for a fist bump and Sam returned the gesture. Sure, we’re not out having an epic battle like Odyssey. But being here with my best friend is better than any epic moment.
Rustling noise came behind us and it was one of the campers we were paired with.
“We have a problem,” He said, panting. “Several of our members just spotted a small group heading this way. Looks like a small regiment managed to sneak off and are heading this way!”
A few more of our team members joined up and formed a barrier around the flag.
“You did say you wanted some action,” Sam responded.
“That I did, Sam. That I did.”
I had my shield and spear up and ready. The enemy's horn sounded nearby and we heard a loud cry of multiple warriors in the distance. Before I knew it, the enemies were charging at us. Several of our team members were already in combat against the enemy. Sam yelled out to me to watch out as one of them charged at me. She jumped and blocked their attack. Looks like all that training yesterday really paid off. Just as I was getting back up, I felt a strong tingle, like a sixth sense was reacting and next thing I knew, I rolled to the side just in time before an enemy fell right where I was.
I got back up quickly and headed toward Sam’s location. She was being overpowered by two warriors. I charged forward and slammed my shield at one of them, making them fly off at the distance. I was surprised at the distance he flew; since when did I gain such strength?
“Stella!” Sam yelled as she cut the warrior at the leg and slams her shield at their face. “Are you okay?!”
“I’m fine! Protect the flag!”
Sam nodded.
Several more troops arrived and our teams are still holding them off. But we were heavily outnumbered. Maybe sending most of our most valuable troops towards the enemy wasn’t such a good idea after all. We kept holding them off, but they were quite resilient. The weird thing is that you think I’d be hesitating or getting weak knees, except I wasn’t. I kept getting this strong adrenaline pumping in my blood, feeling that tingle whenever an enemy attacks and such immense strength when fighting back. I took down three more already and I’m still feeling great. What the heck is going on?
Anyways, Sam is actually doing really well. The training from yesterday really paid off, but she is still Sam so she’s been hesitating most of her attacks and flinches at every enemy's attack.
“Stay close to me, Sam!” I yelled.
The battle was fast and fierce, but we’re standing strong. Several of our members are down but a majority of the enemies are as well. Only one remained and he was doing well against both me and Sam. As we continued to push him back, Sam told me to go for his legs. So I ducked down, dropped my spear and shield and took out my knife. I sliced his legs as Sam grabbed his arms and judo flipped him to the ground.
I cheered.
“And that’s how we roll! Up top, Sammy!”
I had my hand out for a high five and Sam replied happily. I looked around and noticed that several of our team members are down and wounded but only two remain, excluding me and Sam.
“You guys okay?” One of them replied.
“I’m good, Tristan. You?” The other replied with a feminine voice.
“I’m good Becky. Thanks. What about you two?” Tristan asked us. I nodded and Sam replied.
“A bit beat but still standing.”
“Good,” Tristan sat down to take a breather. “That was too close.”
Becky nodded and smiled, “You two did great out there for your first time.”
“How did you know it’s our first?” I asked.
“Your gear is still shiny and new,” Becky replied.
I snickered and replied, “Oh? So we’re shinies then?”
As someone who watched the Clone Wars series, being called that will hit harder than Dio dropping a road roller on you.
Tristan scoffed at my comment, “For now, but in time, you might make it to Arc Trooper with those skills.”
We all laughed at that. I think I’m gonna have a great time here at Camp.
“Whatever you say, Captain Rex,” I replied jokingly.
Suddenly, footsteps were in the distance and the four of us stood instantly. All of a sudden, a shield fly by us and Sam and I dodged quickly by rolling out of the way.
One warrior jumped out of hiding and charged straight at me and Sam. Another jumped behind Tristan and Becky and attacked. The shield-less warrior relentlessly attacked me and Sam. We tried to counter attack but he was too fast and reacted quickly to our combos. He tripped Sam and then launched his spear toward my shield, forcing me to drop it. I still had the dagger I got from the barracks so I took that out and charged at him. Just as I was charging, that strong sense tingled again and I quickly duck and rolled before the warrior was able to slice his sword.
I sliced near his legs and grunted in pain. He was just about to punch me with his open arm but I quickly grabbed him and judo flipped him myself. I really gotta thank Annabeth for those lessons.
The warrior got up quickly but his helmet fell off, revealing his face.
“Mitch?!” I said. The warrior was Mitch, that jerk from yesterday.
He scoffed, “Estelle Blofis? I thought your big brother didn’t want his baby sister involved with the big boys.”
“Says the guy who’s getting his ass kick!” I replied.
Sam rushes in with her shield, hoping to knock Mitch out, but he was too fast and quickly disarmed her.
“Too slow!” He yelled.
He kicked Sam at the stomach and knocked her down.
“Sam!” I yelled before she fell down on the ground.
I look back and see Tristan and Becky still struggling with the other soldier, who turns out to be Daniel since he too dropped his helmet.
Looks like I’m on my own for now.
“Crapbasket,” I said.
“Just give up,” Mitch said. “This just isn’t for you. You’re not cut out for this life. Go back to high school.”
Every word Mitch says just makes my blood boil.
Mitch continued attacking me, but I was quickly reactive to all of his attacks. That sense that continues to tingle keeps me from getting hurt. I’m starting to wonder why this is happening; it never happened during the time The Vulture and The Minotaur attacked us or even when Percy and Annabeth were training us.
What the hell is happening to me?
“Hold still, you brat!” Mitch yelled.
“I don’t even know how I’m doing this!” I yelled. “I’m just dodging by instinct!”
Mitch swoops down and tries to trip me, but I jumped and somehow, I flew a couple feet back.
Panting, Mitch replied. “Gotta admit, kid. You got moves.”
Suddenly, I heard Tristan groan and saw both him and Becky on the ground. Daniel was still standing but barely; he’s a bit bruised up and tired out, but he’s still standing.
“It’s over, Estelle,” Daniel said. “Just give up. I promise that Mitch won’t go too far. I promise.”
I scoffed, “Fat chance, Daniel! I can take on both of you! I haven’t even gotten a scratch!”
“You heard him, Danny,” Mitch replied. “Time to teach the twerp about the real world.”
“Wow, a big tough guy is gonna teach a defenseless little girl like me about how cruel reality is,” I said sarcastically.
He rushed towards me, but I dodged quickly. Daniel was about to join in on the attack but Mitch ordered him to stay out of it.
“But Mitch-”
“I don’t care if she’s Percy Jackson's sister! She needs to understand what it means to survive this world!”
“And what’s that? Push-ups, sit-ups and plenty of juice? The ol’ Vegeta training?”
Again, Sam showed me anime and… let’s be honest, who HASN’T seen Dragon Ball? That’s definitely a must watch and that’s coming from me!
Mitch continues attacking, forcing me to back up since I only have my dagger. My spear and shield are around but too far to reach. All I can do is keep dodging, which is easy to do thanks to this sixth sense that keeps tingling.
I really need to get that check after this.
Suddenly, I tripped and fell from a small branch that came from a tree nearby.
“Crapbasket!” I yelled.
Before I could get up, Mitch already pointed his sword near my neck.
“It’s over. You lost, Estelle Blofis.”
I hated to admit it, but he was right. He was just more skilled and experienced than I am.
“Fine… I-”
WHOOSH
A strong gust of wind flew past us and was heading toward Sam’s location. It was spiraling around as she was slowly getting up.
“Sam?” I said.
The gust of wind kept getting more wild until a loud boom noise hit and burst the air outward. The crazy part was not just that, it was the fact that the wind went from a cooling breeze to a hot burst of heat.
We all covered our eyes due to the wind and when it stopped, we all faced toward Sam and something astonishing was happening.
On top of Sam was a sigil of an Owl.
As a huge fan of Mythology, I know what that means.
“Well then, congrats on being claimed, Samantha Stacy, Daughter of Athena,” Mitch said.
But I was still wondering about what’s happening to her. She got knocked down hard and fell to the ground, but she got back up like it was nothing. Her eyes were closed and her helmet fell off.
“Sam? Are you okay?” I asked.
Mitch walked toward her and waved his hand around her face. She did not react and Mitch shrugged it off as if she’s just sleepwalking.
“Probably out of pure instinct.”
Daniel replied, “I don’t know, Mitch. I’m feeling a strong presence on her.”
Mitch scoffed, “It’s nothing. Just a little tap and she’ll-”
WHAM
Mitch was sent flying away from Sam.
Daniel and I were shocked at the sudden action because Sam literally did nothing. It was just only a strong gust of wind that hit him. She then opened her eyes and…
To this day… I can’t forget those eyes.
Her dull gray eyes were brightened into sharp silver ones. Then a small light surrounded her, like an immense yet calming heat.
I can tell it was hot because I can feel it even from this distance.
“What the…” Daniel was speechless at the sudden change.
As for me…
“Sam… What on earth happened to you?”

Note
I just want to say I am so happy I’m not the only gay trans man who finds Miquella incredibly relatable (and by extension find the infantilization the fandom does with him especially infuriating). Also, I’d like to add that people seem to forget/not realize Mohg and Miquella have incredibly similar in many different ways, ideals particularly. You can’t really understand one without understanding the other so the constant demonization is just fundamentally wrong.
I know, right? It's just... it's weirdly close to home because of that. Like, just because you think someone looks young doesn't actually mean they are young and just because you think someone looks old doesn't mean they're actually old. (Sorry GILF-lovers, Morgott may look elderly, but his parents look younger than him lol. It's also a mood to feel like in a perpetual stasis when you've got to wait to do transition related care, so it feels like you're not actually growing up lol.
Miquella is very clearly not a child from his actions and effects on the world, like growing a tree to the size of a skyscraper with his own blood (trees are very slow-growing) and offering refuge like he does, and the description of Miquella's Lily acknowledge that they were beloved "in his youth," so the writers of the canon are going with the idea that he is not actually a child mentally and his experiences do affect him, instead of the "frozen psychology" thing some writers do, he's just physically unable to grow up.
As for their similarities, it just seems like people ignore that Miquella has ties to blood as well, too. He grew the Haligtree with his blood, his needles are stuck in the skin like a medical needle, and the sacramental buds are heavily implied to be grown from his blood. This last point is especially fascinating because you can find a bunch of sacramental buds at the Writheblood Ruins, with a Sanguine Noble and a Mohgwyn Dynasty weapon, the Bloody Helice.
They also tend to assume his dislike of the Greater Will and the Scarlet Rot are because he opposes all Outer Gods, but it could very easily be because of their actions- the Rot is essentially destroying his sister to make her a puppet and the Greater Will is tyrannical and subjugates a lot of beings to have its "perfect" order. Same can be said of how people treat Ranni's ending, ignoring that Ranni is okay with the Outer God associated with the moon.
Whether or not he is okay with the Formless Mother remains to be seen, but the interpretation I keep seeing is that the Crucible and the Formless Mother are separate beings, but I think the Crucible is an aspect of the Formless Mother. (After all, Morgott, whose Omen aspects are purely from being born blessed by the Crucible, include his ability to wield the bloodflame, which is only associated with the Formless Mother.) As such, I don't think he would necessarily oppose the Formless Mother or that she's malignant or corrupting, unless you believe the Omens are inherently corrupt and that the Golden Order and the Greater Will's tacit approval of the Golden Order are correct in their assessment. Regardless, you are correct that their goals are heavily aligned. They both want an end to the Golden Order and make it so that groups other than humans are treated well. Mohg has Albinurics, humans, and Omens in his chain of command, while Miquella similarly has a diverse group in his chain of command. Both have taken steps to gather their power and involving a shitload of blood sacrament magic to do so.
But because one looks youthful and angelic and the other looks like a demon, people lose their shit one way or the other. Either they go with their appearances and assume Mohg is this malevolent creature, or they think maybe it's a twist and assume Miquella is actually pure evil and Mohg is a dupe. Instead of them being more complicated than that.

OKAY SO. slb lore. cracks my knuckles lets go:
Tumblr media
this lil blue bitch right here? their name is strive. their planet (moebius, yes named after the famous artist) is dying because these crazy triangle ship things stole all the starlight from them and now everything’s dying. the thieves are named The Void.
Tumblr media
^^ seen here. they’re being bastards, killing planets, stealing stars, and fighting wars. that’s The Void.
anyway strive’s all sad about the stars and shit but THEN. A STAR APPEARS. AND THEY RUN AFTER IT WITH AN ANGSTY GLANCE BACK AT THEIR ELDER.
Tumblr media
(again if you compare them to my grian design i’ll kill you that’s bullying you’re bullying me)
strive goes to investigate the fallen star and finds Holy Shit! That’s Not A Star! it’s a whole ass void ship that’s crashed down into their front yard! they touch it and BOOM they get sucked inside of it by some Magic and it shapes itself into a custom ship for them and blasts the fuck off. bye moebius rest in fuck i guess.
strive goes through a GOD DAMN SHIP GRAVEYARD that surrounds moebius when they get a message from a smiling mustache guy! it’s the intergalactic band members of twrp and the brigadiers who are fighting the void together!
Tumblr media
lookit them all at this table. isn’t that nice. the robot one is havve hogan, the orange traffic cone man is doctor sung, the ninja one is ninja brian (he’s not in twrp but it’s complicated), the furry is commander meouch, and the red one is lord phobos! they all have lore too but it’s insane and not related to the mv SO we’re moving past it. (the lady in the helmet is an unnamed oc for the video; in the fandom we called her captain elle, after the animator who designed her— elle power!)
oh SHIT The Void is attacking. that’s not good! the brigade assumes attack position! everyone fights The Void fleet with everything they have to prevent more stars from being stolen. interestingly, strive’s ship is the only one without weapons (the rest of the brigade has weapons and controls tied to their instruments, i believe), and so they have to resort to making the voidships fight each other. the brigade tries to find their way to destroy the Main Dorito, but there’s a shield! oh no! strive is shot down and legit fucking dies.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
like legit fucking dies. but it’s an anime death and they’re fine and they wake up all glowy and cool with Sick Anime Hair and enough power to ram the FUCK out of that Dorito Shield.
they get in! and then they’re all sucked INTO the Ultimate Dorito and have to fly through so that’s pretty crazy.
Tumblr media
look at how crazy that fucking shot is. they’re going through what i like to call “the black and gray” because it’s a line in the song :^)
anyway the Ultimate Dorito is no match for the POWER OF FRIENDSHIP. that shit explodes and all the stars are returned to the galaxy! strive is accepted as part of the now intergalactic hero band: THE STARLIGHT BRIGADE.
and that’s the BASIC plot. i have like a billion hcs but that’s the gist of it! some details from the patreon posts:
strive is meant to be somewhere around 16-21 but they could be any younger or older depending on the viewer’s interpretation!
the void is controlled by a huge hivemind that commands all the ships. there aren’t any void pilots for this reason, though some people do suspect that there is a queen.
moebians are based on starlings, and have little feather-styled ears! (NO GRIAN. NONE WHATSOEVER. I AM BEATING MYSELF W A STICK.) they can have different facial markings and skin tones. the crystals in their chests are suspected to be tied to their hope or starlight intake; either way, strive is the only one whose light is still intact at the time of their departure.
THERE’S MORE BUT I GET HCS AND CANON MIXED UP A LOT. WHEN I TELL YOU THAT WE MADE OUR OWN CANON WE REALLY REALLY DID.

Fate/ Kalied Liner: Twist - A Fate/ Twisted Wonderland  Idea 1
So This Idea actually Based on the Grail War in Fate Kalied Liner and not the Magical Girl aspects . It still keeps the Collecting Class card. Aspects as The dorms Fight Over them when ever a Blacken. servant appears . since Shu ( My TWST Oc ) is basically Shuten Douji/Ibuki Douji . He plays a Large Role in this Au . Mainly because he got Summoned( He ultimately Stays after the Events are done )
Idea after hearing this
youtube
So Night Raven academy has been stuck in a secret Grail war for Years , Using this “ Grail War “ As a way to Exterminate the Blackened Servants or Maybe something Else .
An Include is summoning the Weapon of a Servant ,
An install is Gaining ( Your own version ) of the Servants costume and Thier Powers.
Octavinelle is the Main Dorm as Azul has… Been Incapacitated ,being Heavily Injured via Fight with Jamil and Kalim.
Due to this Octavinelle has been Facing heavy Losses as Whatever They did to Azul has him basically Benched
Surprised when Your Opponent can just Install and Include The weapons of Gods and Mythological figure Floyd and Jade don’t Do to well and other Dorm are Slowly closer to… Let’s say Making fresh Sashimi out of them and the Whole Dorm.
Azul Has said that he would fight if he Must but that could kill him especially if he Installs Poseidon or Ursula’s Class card ( Hes the only who knows the Cards well enough )
So In Messing around The Twins with Azul watching trying to Summon a Servant , they fail .
That is Until one night of Blacken Servant hunting , They see Savannahclaw get thier Asses Whumped by what they Thought was a Blacken Servant a Larger “ Orge “ Like Creature who Was Annoyed that Savannahclaw would just attack him as he’s was Drinking. The “Orge” Dispatch’s Leona and Crew not even using his Hand or Weapon but using the Gourd on his back . Causing them to Run off .
The” Orge “Already noticed the two Eels and First think he doses is offer a Drink … Floyd and Jade Mention thier 17 before The “Orge” laughs noting that 17 year old where he came from knew the tastes of 10 different types of sake but doesn’t pressure them on Drinking .
The Man corrects them one calling him an Orge as Hes an Oni and Calls himself Shuten Douji ( Which is Kind of a lie ) this does lead to scene where characters Question If actually Shu is actually Shuten Douji or if he’s hiding his true name to throw people off .
by the Way Floyd Main Install is Lu Bu (cause I couldnt thinking of any Water based Servants )Later Passionlip , I Don’t wasn’t Jade’s Would intial but Cheng Gong sounds good but Melt is one he Get later . Also going with theme Floyd and Jade Get Kama and Kiara.
I kinda wanted the Twin to have Class Cards that Relationed to Each other ( Examples Kama and Kiara being parts of Mara)
Floyd calls him Shu and the Name Stuck. Shu comes with them because thier the only people who treat him with some Respect.
Of course Azul sees this as an Opportunity to get back in the Game and a Being prepared to convince Crowley that Shu is a Second year Transfer . Before coughing his Guts out .
Shu then asked Azul if he was okay and that he should sit down and how Pale Azul looks ,Azul Explains that Octavinelle was in the Lead in he competition close to “Winning” and that Octavinelle and Scarabia were Fighting a difficult Blackened Servant and After They had Defeated it.
Scarabia Launched a surprise attack … Azul says they were going to let Scarabia have the Class Card and That Scarabia stole some of them.
It’s Confirmed that Jamil or Kalim has Gilgamesh , Hassan of thousand faces and Gorgon
Riddle has Nero as his Main Install and Include , I guess The Queen of Hearts is a Secondary
Savannahclaw I don’t Know Zenobia for Leona
Vil used Evil Queen ,Hassan of Serenity and Semiramis before obtaining Lancer Artoria and Give Serenity To Epel
Diasomia has all the Fairy knights , Artoria Alter , Jalter and Lancelot
Shu can kinda tell that Azul is a Sleezebag but trust him as Floyd and Jade seemed Desperate, But say as soon as they try something Fishy he’ll go to another dorm.
Shu Thankfully for Azul Bonds with Floyd , Jade and Later Azul in his Down time so this hopefully wouldn’t happen . ( Aka , Shu really wants to Protect the Eels)
… So let’s Get this out the way, Some Character are gonna Die.Unfortunately one. Those Planned to Perish is Azul.
I also planned to Kill Vil or at least injure him a lot as He Get Artoria Lancer and Rhyongomiad Kinda makes slowly makes people into Gods . Aleast Idia got a Badass introduction as Grandpa. King Hassan’s Install .
Also It’s Angst with Happy ending as Shu Eventually Get “ Reborn” as a Student in Second Year.
It also starts becoming Apparent that Shu knows more about this War ,( Spoilers He comes from a Timeline were no dorm Survives and wanted a Chance to save aleast a few but especially Floyd ,So wished on the grail for another chance Multiple times )
Vil Battle also Reveals His True Name to be “ Ibuki -Douji”

Note
please tell me about your ocs you peaked my interest again
fjsjd okay... i've made laughably little progress on the project lately (it's been in the works since 2019) but.
-sol is a hashtag girlboss with psychological issues who thinks she can bend capitalism to her will. good luck honey
-devin is an insanely powerful magician who heads a religious organization devoted to his kind of magic
-except that he does not believe in the gods they worship at all
-nova is the religious head of the opposing branch of magic to devin's
-and has the personality of a very fun very irresponsible wine aunt
-she and devin are SUPPOSED to work together
-but their dynamic is slightly unbalanced because she likes to push as far as she can to see what she can break
-and he doesn't care to stop her. because he has zero faith or interest in any of this shit. not that that could cause problems or anything
-sol hates nova's guts for reasons entirely unrelated to religion but entirely related to Her Issues (TM)
-sol and devin have been working together against nova in secret for.... a very long time
-devin is Desperately in love with sol
-sol has problems with emotions but uhmmmm might... be feeling more than she bargained for
-about both devin and her other right hand person
-sol's other right hand person is ruby
-ruby considers kindness a weapon and also the most important thing in the world
-sol has entrusted ruby with keeping her sane & stopping her when she's not sane. no pressure or anything!!
-ruby and devin and sol all have very messy and complicated interpersonal relationships, both to each other and to nova
-i can never remember what i've said about them before and what i haven't but. u can find sol ruby content in my tag "the fire and the ice" and sol devin ruby content in my tag "original fiction triad"

Didn’t Need Burrow (May 3rd-May 22nd)
Anonymous said:
Don’t Need Burrow to know that Ladybug’s distrust of Volpina will be played off as though she was simply jealous of her because she thought she was going to steal Adrien/Chat, even though she didn’t like Chat! Oh, but she did, she didn’t know it yet. That’s why she kissed him in Dark Cupid!
Not like she didn’t have a bunch of other reasons to distrust Volpina.
(the show also does this a lot where Marinette has an extra reason on top of “““jealousy,”““ like in “Oni-Chan” where the thing she was concerned about actually ended up happening, but the fandom boils everything down to jealousy anyway)
Anonymous said:
Didn’t Need Burrow: Su Han will take the Miraculouses from all the girls because he thinks girls don’t have the “physical and mental fortitude” to be heroes, giving them tto guys instead. The girls will find out about each others’ identities and join in the battle to get their Miraculouses back without any powers, led by Marinette, despite the fact that the genre of Miraculous Ladybug is supposedly Magical GIRL and thus the girls being powerful should be a given
(there was another part to this but I didn’t get it all so I clipped this ask a bit so it could work alone)
tbh the true ending should just be Marinette and the girls kicking each misogynist to the curb without any powers, and Su-Han goes last.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Luka and Zoe, from their styles and hints like the ice cream Luka holds in Truth and the flower on her shirt.... I'm sure at this point the writers will either send him on a tour with Jagged, or make him Zoe's bf offscreen somehow... Also more torture for Mari mentally :)
Of course. :)
Gotta make sure Marinette doesn’t have any choice but Adrien. :)
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Zoe will be Adrien's new love interest because she's "very sweet". Mari will be okay with it because she feels the Guardian must be alone. (And she's still punishing herself for hurting Luka.) The New-Bee and Chat also bond, making her feel even more alone. (But now Lila can't claim she's jealous and her hold over the class is lessened as Zoe becomes more popular.)
I’m super not here for Marinette punishing herself (and the show possibly presenting it as her “growing up” and “doing the right thing”) and for Ladybug getting jealous over the playboy cat.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Prince Ali/Rose turns out to be endgame, while Rose/Juleka gets Lukanette'd -- their relationship happened mostly off-screen and we only see them pulling apart. Juleka has to let Rose go so she can live out 'every girl's dream', possibly even being put on a bus/written out of the series.
In which the Couffaines aren’t allowed nice things because they’re poor-coded.
Anonymous said:
I can’t believe the Pig’s weapon is ACTUALLY a tambourine. I’ve had that down as my guess for the pig miraculous for ages but I never thought I’d actually be right. On that note - Didn’t Need Burrow: the Ox’s weapon will definitely be a hammer, and the Goat’s might be a shepherd’s crook or grappling hook, and the Rooster’s could be a horn.
Congrats on being right!
We’ll definitely see on the whole weapons things.
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: That Rose's mysterious sickness from "Guiltrip" episode will be ignored in other episodes.
Honestly, it was ignored in “Guiltrip” too. Rose’s illness seemed to be related to headaches and then they literally have her headbanging in her transformation.
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: After "Guiltrip", the dynamics of Juleka and Rose's relationship will revert to the "romantic standing next to each other somewhere in the background".
Just look at them doing [friendly task]... romantically!!
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Tikki's comments about not really understanding love are later treated as her being in denial about her being in love with Plagg. Because the two of them are 'soulmates' *just like Adrien and Marinette*, and there's no such thing as a PLATONIC bond. Plus, it's denying another feminine-identifying character the right to define and declare her own feelings -- she's not ALLOWED to not love him that way! If she says otherwise, she's either in denial or mistaken! Or both!
[flashbacks to “Animan” where Alya denies feelings for Nino as being “like a brother to her” and then gets together with him at the end of the episode]
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: In the upcoming Mr. Pigeon episode, Chat Noir's behaviour toward Mr. Ramier in Lies will not be brought up at all.
Yeah, this is why I knew writing “Lying on the Job” was the right choice. :P The show wasn’t going to do it.
(part of me hopes that this acts as a jinx but I doubt it)
soap-lady said:
Didn't Need Burrow: It will be revealed Adrien always knew about Mari's crush. He tells Plagg it's because not only would rejecting a friend be hard, her akuma would be even scarier than her dad. He later admits at the end of the episode to Plagg that having an "awesome person like Marinette" crushing on him makes him feel good about himself. The show will frame this as charming rather than egotistical.
wow i hate it
throw the whole man away, Marinette
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: The "reverse love square" will happen as a result of Adrien being drunk on a love potion/under the control of a spell which makes him fall for Marinette. This will result in Marinette being uncomfortable with Adrien's relentless pursuit of her...AGAIN...which is, of course, played for laughs...AGAIN. Her friends will probably shame her, saying, "why are you so upset? You used to like Adrien and now he's returning that affection! What is WRONG with you, Marinette?". Meanwhile, during battle sequences Chat Noir will be less playful and intrusive of Ladybug's personal space because he's in love with Marinette now and not her, which is good(minus the"in love with Marinette" part, obvs), except that it will cause Ladybug to suddenly fall in love with the new Chat Noir who is being respectful(and "just like Adrien used to act"), and she'll act like a giddy schoolgirl over him, which will be used to humiliate her for comedy as Chat treats her like a freak now. And no, the show will NOT "call him out" for suddenly being averse to the affections of the "girl of his dreams" but will treat him as justified, because guys who pursue girls are gentlemanly and entitled to love back, while girls who pursue guys are pushy and obnoxious. There will even be a lesson on how you shouldn't have to put up with unwanted advances. Chat will be the one to learn it. There will also be a lesson on how you can't force someone to love somebody else. Adrien will be the one to learn it.
Wow, how’d you get the synopsis to Season 5? Impressive! (⊙o⊙)
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chat will complain about Ladybug not trusting him, so she tries trusting him with further responsibilities which he then shirks, blows off and whines about. Naturally, Marinette is Wrong for DARING to think that her 'partner' should share more of the burden -- no, she HAS to carry everything herself and enable him to keep treating their duty as a game! It's not FAIR for her to expect anything more from him--!
oh my god
he would *gestures loudly to “Lies”*
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chat Noir will *deliberately* mess up a vital task that Ladybug assigned/entrusted him with, either to punish her for some petty/imagined slight (which is treated as Incredibly Serious and Deserving his retaliation) or because he simply doesn't want to have to deal with the extra responsibility. Much like somebody who 'never learns' the right way to load a dishwasher/do laundry/other chores so that somebody more responsible is forced to pick up their slack.
Sounds about right.
“Bonus” if Chat Noir is presented as in the right because Ladybug’s task was “too difficult”/”she didn’t instruct him right”/”you can’t expect him to be perfect on his first try,” or Chat Noir’s shirking is treated as “payback” for something she did that he maybe doesn’t even know about.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Marinette gives up on becoming a fashion designer because her duties as Ladybug/Guardian take priority. Tikki protests not for Mari's sake, but because she enjoys her creative drive/justifies it as a form of honing Marinette's creativity. Thus the lesson is not that Marinette was Wrong because she deserves to have things that make her happy/goals outside of her duties, but because she can fold them into her Greater Purpose.
Miraculous: Tales of Marinette Not Being Allowed to Be Happy
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chat Noir will be (temporarily) killed during one of his 'Pity/Praise Me!' stints, because he decides that he can't function without Ladybug kissing his ass and she's too busy fighting the akuma to coddle him. Naturally, this is presented as Marinette's F-Up of the Week that she must fix at all costs and apologize for, insisting once more that she 'can't do this without him' despite being constantly forced to do this without him.
It’s Ladybug’s fault that Chat keeps sacrificing himself, obviously! She’s just not telling him not to in the rIgHt wAy, and she should be
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Ladybug will finally learn the truth about how Theo was akumatized, but Chat Noir will insist that he didn't lie and that she really WAS to blame for it. And anyway, that was 'so long ago' that she's not allowed to be mad over it anymore. (Bonus: this or other episodes will have callbacks showing that Adrien is still salty over things like being 'stood up', with HIS frustration presented as perfectly valid, as there's no expiration date on HER screw-ups.)
[flashbacks to “Stormy Weather 2″ where Plagg retcons Ladybug’s avoidance of Chat’s date as her standing him up]
+ Yeah, I don’t see Adrien not having expiration dates on his mistakes, and his are always for the better (i.e: stealing the book in “Volpina,” which was wrong obviously, and then Marinette covered for him immediately to get him back into school).
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chloe is given a 'redemption arc' after all... in the vein of her falling for Kim or some other male character and being convinced to change her ways for/by them. On top of being grossly sexist, this lets them slam Marinette even more, painting her as a failure who couldn't help Chloe despite that never being her responsibility in the first place.
“Bonus” if it’s Luka who does it.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Rather than confirming Juleka/Rose, CHLOE is officially revealed to be a closeted lesbian, retconning all of her bullying into the tried-and-trite 'They're only tormenting you because they LIIIIIKE you'. Bonus points if this is used to reinforce the notion that Chloe is irredeemable because 'Evil Jilted Lesbian can't be saved by Hetero LI'/she lied about crushing on Adrien/other toxic and heteronormative bullshit. AND her evilness is Mari's fault for not loving her back!
It’s always Marinette’s fault for not loving people back.
Also, this just reminds me of how much I hate the “lesbian bully” trope fdkjgdfgdfg.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chat Noir throws another Pity Me Party in the middle of a fight; Ladybug is sniped by the akuma while scolding him to stop fooling around. Naturally, this is presented as HER fault for not immediately accommodating his demands for attention. After saving her, Chat mockingly echoes her words about concentrating and keeping her head in the game.
╰(‵□′)╯
EVERY TIME!!
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Chloe gets another chance at redemption by learning how to mimic Adrien/Lila and feign niceness. Whether or not her 'redemption' sticks depends upon her patience level; if she sticks to it and 'grows' into another Lila/holier-than-thou lecturer like Adrien, it's considered good (and Adrien gets full credit for helping her change 'for the better'), but if she goes back to being *openly* judgy and bitchy, it's another sign that she's 'irredeemable'.
Ugh, when Chloe’s options are either to be a Lila or an Adrien. All I feel is disgust.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: The Love Square is reversed when Adrien learns Ladybug's secret identity and decides to focus on pursuing her as Marinette. Mari is put off by his advances/still convinced that she can't HAVE a romantic relationship with all her other responsibilities, and is further distracted and concerned by Chat Noir growing distant (as he's bitter over his failures and taking it out on LB/holding a grudge after learning she confided in ALYA and not HIM).
i hate it
And of course the method of “now she’s not interested so I’M interested.”
Anonymous said:
Didnt Need to Burrow: Despite being 'twins' with Juleka, Luka will never show up in another episode. Ever. And the only mentions of him are only about the breakup. Even in Juleka-centric episodes, Luka will only be a passing mention. Oh, and Juleka will 100% stick to just mumbling outside of episodes where shes akumatized. Because gIrL poWeR
I’m honestly just--expecting Luka to have like one/two episodes, maybe to get a charm, and then he’s gone forever.
I don’t know if it’s a mercy or an insult, but the constant mentions of the break-up between Marinette and He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named-Outside-Of-Spiting-Him definitely are an insult.
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: "Gigantitan <insert high number>" episode
NO
NO
ANYTHING BUT THAT.
Anonymous said:
Didn’t Need Burrow: Ladybug and Cat Noir will be able to power up in some way, but they have to form a special bond (this is implied to be a romantic bond). They use this power up to defeat Hawk Moth. bEcAusE tHe pOWeR oF “LoVe” cOnQUerS aLL! Bonus if the characters imply that Ladybug should’ve accepted his affections sooner (Adrien won’t be mentioned at all, i wonder why:p)
I’m cringing so hard right now. I hate everything about this because you sound so correct.
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: Lila will be written out/ret-conned from a show because she was only a Unredeemed!Chloe stand-in for time of Chloe "redemption arc". Every speculation about Lila (next Hawkmoth etc) will be applied to Chloe instead as a "plot twist".
I’m half-expecting that she’ll get akumatized as a season finale bad guy, then just immediately move.
Anonymous said:
Didn't need Burrow: Alya is the one who comes up with the akuma repellent charms and Marinette is going to be jealous that Alya is so much a better guardian. Alya'll also probably be able to wrangle the kwamis better than Marinette.
Honestly I might as well just put this one on the card right now. :P
Anonymous said:
Didnt Need Burrow: When Ladybug tells Chat that she told somebody her secret identity, hes gonna be mad, talking about how she broke his trust and the show will portray it as her fault for breaking under the pressure of being guardian. Meanwhile the fandom is gonna be mad at Ladybug. Ignoring, of course, the entirety of the New York Special.
We could sum up the fandom card as just, “Adrien is right and a sad uwu sunshine child, Marinette is wrong and OP and doesn’t give Chat the respect he deserves.”
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Rose's 'mysterious illness' will naturally flare up during times where Pigella might have been useful, with Ladybug getting blamed for her flare-ups/worsening condition.
BANNED
I HATE IT DX
Anonymous said:
Didn’t Need Burrow: Building off of the “Adrien knows about Marinette’s crush and manipulated her for it”, any time Marinette does something Adrien doesn’t agree with or disagrees with Adrien himself, Adrien will play the cute, naïve, sad boi we all know and “love”, complete with Bambi eyes and gratuitous long eyelashes, forcing Marinette to give in to what he wants. This is treated as cute, quirky, and hilarious, never abusive, selfish, or misogynistic.
I mean, considering Chat Noir and “Chameleon,” yeah.
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: a) Episode, where Chat Noir is even worse than in "Lies" b) Situation where Chat Noir during meeting with Ladybug is like always (M'lady, Bugaboo, unwanted psychical contact etc.) then Ladybug reveals that she recognized him as impostor because "real Chat Noir never will be so pushy" (bonus points if false Chat Noir is akumatized Felix) c) Writers somehow manage to put both above options in one episode (obviously with real Chat Noir being even worse than his impostor)
“Copycat” but worse
differenttriumphdragon said:
Didn't Need Burrow to somehow correctly predict Zoe's identity as a joke based solely on some blurry pictures and an offhand comment about "secret siblings". Like, a YEAR or two ago.
I’m guessing this is referring to the writers creating her?
Because yeah, probably.
Anonymous said:
Didn't need the Burrow: We will get Lukagami. One of the reasons will be the clash of the Tsurugi-Motto of "No Second Chances" and Luka's snake power of "Second Chance" resulting in some weird sparks flying.
*puts head into hands and groans loudly* kill meeeee
Anonymous said:
Don't Need a Burrow: The Multimouse!Mylene's model will be based on the Multimouse!Marinette's model (in the same way that the Rena Rogue's model is based on the Volpina's model)
plz no
plz
Anonymous said:
Didn't need burrow: Guilt trip hints at Adrien having actual depression, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but knowing the show, two things will happen: 1. His depression will only exist to make people feel bad for him instead of exploring his mental state and seeing him working through it, and 2. his depression will be magically cured when the LS becomes canon because "true love heals all your mental issues".
All of the above, yes. :|
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Ladybug gets a fresh new look (for the sake of more Real-Life ML Merch), and Chat Noir gets sulky about it. Both because he didn't get an upgraded appearance at the exact same time (despite doing absolutely nothing to earn it), and because he didn't get any input on her new look. So he passive-aggressively complains about the change, saying he preferred 'classic Bugaboo', and Marinette is presented as Wrong for not letting him dictate her power or appearance.
*stares at “Mr. Pigeon 72″* I’m waiting.
Anonymous said:
Didn't need burrow: Imagine after you made that fic where Bustier and D'argencourt get the miraculous they reveal in the show that Bustier's husband/boyfriend/fiance is D'argencourt.
I WILL DIE.
OF LAUGHTER? OF PAIN???
THE ANSWER IS “YES.”
“Bonus” if it’s a DJWifi dynamic where Bustier can get D’Argencourt to do whatever she wants and suddenly becomes aggressive/upset when he doesn’t, which D’Argencourt immediately folds to (because the only “““girl power”““ the show knows is “lol girls are scary when they’re mad”).
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: The Love Square gets 'Reversed' via Alya deciding that Marinette MUST have a crush on Chat as well, since she personally ships LadyNoir. All insistence to the contrary is waved off as denial, and Alya is bound and determined to hook up her BFF with ONE of her crushes, come hell or high water. Thus, Mari gets shoved towards Chat in much the same way she's forced towards Adrien, creating much awkward hilarity at her expense.
Marinette’s entire being: i want to go home
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Alya learns about Marinette getting jilted by Chat Noir during 'Weredad', possibly from Tom and/or Sabine.  She rubs this into Mari's face as proof positive that she really DOES have a thing for Chat, crowing about how she 'does her research' while teasing her about her awful luck with guys. This casual cruelty is 'balanced' by her insistence that she'll help her hook up with ONE of them by forcing her towards both.
Alya, looking at her plans and just shrugging: Hey, now her odds of getting a guy are doubled as far as I’m concerned.

Didn't Need Burrow: Alya will insist that all of Marinette's romantic woes are her own fault due to her being interested in multiple guys. (Mainly meaning Adrien and Chat Noir; 50-50 on whether she acknowledges Luka's existence as more than just proof of her 'fickle heart'.) She 'supports' her by shoving her into humiliating scenarios with her love interests, blaming all her failures on her 'divided loyalties' and giving her grief for being a 'dirty two-timer' that can't even get off first base.
Yyyyup.
And of course Luka would only be mentioned to shade Marinette.

Didn't Need Burrow: Tikki will keep nagging Marinette about her inability to solve her romantic woes until Mari snaps that Tikki doesn't know what she's talking about, throwing her own words about how kwami don't understand love back in her face. Naturally, this is Mari's Mistake Of The Week, as Tikki is driven to tears over the rebuke and all the other kwami get pissed off at Marinette for upsetting her, giving her grief until she apologizes.  Tikki barely apologizes in return, if at all.
Ugh, I am just dreading an almost-inevitable “all the kwami are mad at Marinette” episode, since Marinette literally cannot escape from them since the Miracle Box is in her room.

(Mylene's personality anon) Don't Need a Burrow: Mylene's "Marinette's trait" will manifest in Multimouse!Mylene's introduction episode.
Mylene: Soon, I will have successfully swiped a personality trait from each of my friends to form one of my own.

Don't Need a Burrow: Characters who are popular fandom choices for alternate Miraculous Holders (Bee!Aurore, Fox!Lila, Cat!Felix etc) are akumatized into evil versions of Core Five Miraculous Team (Ladybug, Cat, Fox, Turtle and Bee)
Season 2462 finale.

Didn't Need Burrow: There will be more immediate self-contradictions, where Marinette is berated about how something she's doing/done is Wrong, badgered into following somebody else's 'good advice', and then promptly punished for doing so when the results blow up in her face.  These turnarounds will become so fast that they happen within the same episode.  Naturally, this is treated as entirely her fault.
At the rate her treatment is escalating, I would be 0% shocked. Still disappointed, but not shocked.

Don't Need a Burrow: It will turn out that the mysterious future Hawkmoth successor that Timetagger talked about is simply the Shadow Moth.
I laughed at this one so hard because it’s so accurate. I don’t know for sure if it’s a reference to the whole “new villain who’s been around since the beginning who just turned out to be Shadow Moth” thing but omg.

Didn't Need Burrow: The akuma-resisting pendants are used as an excuse to push Marinette even further past her breaking point, subjecting her to ever worse humiliations and traumas.  If the fact that she basically NEEDS the pendant to survive is ever brought up, it's in a chiding way; obviously, as Ladybug, she needs to be mentally stronger than this and not rely on a 'crutch'.  Nobody else is insulted for needed the pendants' protection.
Imagine the pendants as metaphors for medication and this takes on a whole new meaning.

Didn't Need Burrow: In a counterpart to "Chat Blanc", one episode visits a Bad Future where Marinette was akumatized.  Naturally, this is depicted as entirely her fault, with both Maris being raked over the coals.  No matter what the breaking point was, it's treated as though it was petty and pathetic for her to let it effect her so much.  For bonus points, this was at a point after she got the pendant, but she accidentally ditches or pitches it while reacting to whatever broke her back.
Especially with the reveal of two new seasons, I’m very much expecting Marinette to get akumatized at some point.
“Bonus” for a “Miracle Queen” set-up where Adrien needs to wear the ladybug miraculous and is suddenly good at it despite being awful at it before, ala Snake Noir.

Didn't Need Burrow: Marinette will wind up making most of the anti-akuma amulets.  This is purely so that, when they inevitably fail, she can be blamed for it.
It’ll probably be like--Marinette needed to do something specific to make the pendants and they’re “only as strong as she is.”

Didn't Need Burrow: The Love Square gets reversed when Alya decides she ships LadyNoir more than MariAdri, pushing her newfound agenda over her BFF's protests.  Meanwhile, Adrien reveals that he knew all along about Marinette's crush, starting to pursue her because he just doesn't uNdErStAnD why she's pulling away, feeling entitled to having her chasing after him even if he never intends to actually reciprocate.  Marinette is caught in the middle and blamed for all this drama.
Marinette, counting down the days where she can finally drink alcohol.

Didn't Need Burrow: One or some of Adrien/Chat Noir's past lies gets revealed to Marinette/Ladybug... for the sake of a moral about forgiveness and 'letting things go'.  Meanwhile, he continues to grouse and hold grudges against Ladybug for her supposed slights against HIM without being seriously challenged.
I’m seething.
Anonymous said:
Didn't Need Burrow: Marinette is shown a 'better world' wherein she never developed a crush on Adrien.  In this 'better world', Ladybug and Chat Noir are romantic partners.  Bonus points if this pushes forward the agenda of reversing the Love Square by getting Marinette to start seriously considering Chat as a potential love interest, treating this as her 'missing the point' of what she was shown... even if the goal was rather unclear beyond guilt-tripping her for having FEELINGS and DESIRES.
The true goal/moral is that Chat’s feelings are valid while Marinette’s are not.

Don't Need a Burrow: Hawkmoth will somehow get Black Cat Miraculous and attack as Moth / Cat Fusion (Cat Moth?). After defeating this form, Black Cat Miraculous will be taken from him and without any questions returned to Adrien. Whole thing will happen in one episode.
“Bonus” if Hawk Moth just stumbles upon the ring and doesn’t question it.

Didn’t Need Burrow: All Ladybug and Black Cat Holders are soulmates/ have gotten romantically involved. This gives Chat even MORE motivation to invade LB’s boundari-I MEAN to pursue her. Also, LB reacts in horror to this (who wouldn’t?) but its played for laughs.
At this point, I feel like this is the only way for them to push the love square as hard as possible. “Chemistry” has just flown out the window and they need a crutch.

Don't Need a Burrow: Reveal that Rose has rich parents because ML writers can't make sad blond(e) character who doesn't have rich parents (and also to increase the "You see! They love each other despite so many differences between them" factor of JuleRose)
Zag, “Stop Giving Rich Kids Sad Backstories” Challenge.
Part of me imagined an episode that just shipbaits JuleRose constantly, with Juleka constantly asking Luka and others advice on “getting closer to Rose,” which just ends up being Juleka asking Rose to be best friends.

SO i just finished wonder egg priority and i think that with confidence i can say it has been one of my favorite animes like... ever ?? and not even from hyperfixation or obsession over it just... its so fucking real yet so simple in a way that i havent rlly seen shown in any other shows you feel ??
but first i wanna talk about how sexy the art and animation is real quick... HOMIE ITS SO GOOD LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT JUST... serotonin... the characters are all so unique and iconic and fun but not over the top in their designs yknow ??? they seem like regular every day girls but they stand out and theyre all sO CUTE !!!! also i love how the style is like this soft bubbly slice of life lookin stuff with bright happy colors and the most beautiful scenes you could find but they also have the SICKEST fight scenes complete with whimsical animal helpers and terrifying villains and crazy weapons unique to each character. and the animation. god DAMN shawty i am obsessed with everything in this show. i might make a post solely about the art later lol bc i wanna get into the other stuff.
so the themes in the show right ?? it starts just as this cute lil magical girl kinda deal but within the first episode we see that like.. oh damn... thats kinda heavy... tbh i was a little shocked and thought about stopping bc yknow bad mental health BUT i was so intrigued that i had to keep going and i am SO GLAD that i did. because this show just so beautifully discusses all these heavy topics in such an eloquent and artistically expressive way. and also like, , the juxtaposition of the charming childlike vibe with bright colors and 14 yr old girl protagonists against the dark themes of suicide and so much else,, i think is just perfect. bc a lot of heavy animes are more of the seinen genre and have some middle aged dude as a protag or make the entire color palette dim or offer little relief to the pain of these heavy themes right ?? but NO not wonder egg bitches B) because these problems arent just things that ppl face later in life or just problems that need to be talked about among adults or the edgy seinen watching squad,, these are REAL problems that face people of every age, gender etc and i think its awesome that wonder egg addresses that. some may cringe at the thought of their high schooler watching animes that discuss sexual harassment, suicide, abuse, self harm, eating disorders etc,, but in reality it is the most comforting thing i have ever come across and is basically jsut free anime therapy. because not only does wonder egg present these themes to the viewers as something real that happens to all kinds of people (making said people feel heard in a way that maybe they hadnt before), but it also makes sure to vanquish all of these forms of trauma. and the way the trauma is vanquished isnt always beautiful and it isnt always just magically gone with a poof. the struggles of overcoming or living with that sort of thing are shown in such a real and relatable way that addresses every hardship trauma survivors have to go through. and i just. god i cry bro.
oh m y GOD and the lgbtq+ rep in this show ?? like shawty... as soon as i saw episode one i was picking up on some gay/lesbian themes but then again im sapphic and project that a lot so i tend to see that sort of stuff like... everywhere... but NE WAYS... episode ten made me FUKCING CRY BRO LIke i cant believe there was a whole trans character with a whole trans pride hoodie like LKGHKDGH my heart is just so.. so fucking full thinking about him. bc like yeah i know there are trans characters in anime but i feel like theyre always very ambiguous about actually being trans or not or erased or portrayed as a harmful stereotype or theyre constantly misgendered and still refered to as their assigned gender at birth and i hate it. HOWEVEr... Kaoru.. *chefs kiss* it was so amazing to see a character straight up say “yeah im trans” in such a casual yet powerful way bc i personally have never seen that before. and i love love loved how he went into his backstory and talked to momoe about gender bc i think thats what she rlly needed and that it helped her find herself and it makes me so happy oh my god,, and the way they talked about it never seemed forced or like it was the focal point of his existence yknow ?? like yeah he existed to help momoe overcome some of her trauma but he also just existed to be HIM yknow ?? also... personally, i headcanon momoe as a trans girl even though i dont remember it being explicitly stated plus the school scenes of her and stuff would seem like they suggest otherwise ??but,,, SHAWTY THE AMOUNT OF SUBTEXT and her complicated relationship w gender is... something i feel like a cis girl would not go through so harshly yknow ?? with all of the questioning and feeling detached from femininity or feeling like ppl dont see her as an actual girl and only like her as a guy or for her masculine traits,,, but dont take my word on this bc i myself am a cis girl but that was just my take on it as someone in the lgbtq+ community trying to educate myself on the transgender community :) either way,, wonder eggs portrayal of momoe and kaoru and the way that momoe becomes so passionate about expressing herself the way she wants to as a girl is just... good lord im gonna cry its so perfect,,,.so ... i just love this show way too much. i also am honestly super lost about the relationship btwn acca and ura-acca ?? bc i was gonna mention ura-acca as a canonically gay guy bc when i was watching i interpreted ep 11 as him being in love with acca and being jealous of Azusa (bc i mean,, they lived together (i swear to god there was only one bed in that apartment) and had a daughter together and def loved each other and also when Frill said they were husbands and then when ura-acca said he wasnt attracted to azusa but he was def jealous of their relationship ??) but then i saw somewhere that theyre brothers ?? which would make sense ig since they look kinda similar and accas daughter called ura-acca “uncle”.. but at the same time its ANIME SO THEY ALL LOOK SIMILAR and referring to gay couples as siblings is an EXTREMELY common euphemism soooo... IM JUST LOST HERE... but yeah i tried doing research and found different things so i cant say anything for sure >:( however,,, if they are canonically a lil fruity for each other... when frill refered to acca as ura-accas husband i imploded dude you never hear that sort of wording in anime.. but if theyre related i am so sorry.
god this is so much longer than i planned it to be oops but i also love the theme about like.. relying on friends to help carry your weight but at the same time not becoming completely dependent on those friends and using their support to learn how to love yourself and rely on yourself yknow ?? bc that is exactly what healthy friendships look like. bc i think ai sort of had a codependency thing goin on with koito maybe ?? but now she has a whole squad of funky friends that are so so different but all struggle with different kinds of trauma and although they fight over it, they always get through it with each other together. and they push each other no matter what to be the best versions of themselves and they teach other that getting hurt is okay because theyre always gonna be there to pick up the pieces no matter what happens. they can give each other space when they need and adapt to meet each others needs but theyre always able to balance it out with their own needs and thats such a beautiful thing in friendships especially at their age like damn i wish i had that maturity when i was 14 but no all i had was depression. another thing is that through these friendships you get to see all the different sides of each girl; you get to see them being strong or a shining light to their friends when theyre hurting but you also get to see them being hurt and weak and allowing themselves to be on the receiving end of the comfort. their friendships allows them to have weaknesses but it also allows them to highlight their strengths and thrive off of each others. I LOVE FRIENDSHIP DUDE
next i wanna briefly mention some of the themes connected to suicide that ive noticed. a big one is the survivors guilt that ai feels once koito is dead. several times she screams that she wishes she couldve gone with koito and she dreams of a “perfect world” where they committed a double suicide. one of the main reasons for her troubles is that she blames herself for koitos death and feels like it should be her thats dead... but at the same time she feels like too much of a coward to do anything now that koito is gone. she just has all these complex and contradicting feelings that wear away at her in ways that ppl that havent gone through the suicide of a loved one could never imagine. a lot of the times when things like this are portrayed in media i feel like its more in a way thats meant to guilt trip those that have taken their own lives and paint suicide as this selfish sin thats unforgivable but... not only does wonder egg reject that idea and instead portray it as a heartbreaking tragedy with,,, so so many terrible reasons, but it focuses on the feelings of ai separate from koito without blaming her in any way. not once did i feel like the show antagonized koito or that ai blamed koito for doing any of this, but they simply mourned her loss and touched on ais reaction towards the event but separate from koito herself if that makes sense. and i think that discussing survivors guilt without painting koito as the bad guy is something so beautifully done in wonder egg that can really resonate with those that have lost a loved one to suicide and have struggled with these same things.
okay i think this is the last thing ill mention,,, but HOMIE THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE BIT AT THE END. I AM. OBSESSED. i am such a whore for anything about the multiverse okay n e ways...,, not only did this make a super epic trippy ending of season one and add a little bit more magical girl whimsy to the show,, but it had such a powerful message. from the perspective of og ai,, finding out that you killed yourself in another world is... i mean its definitely not a surprise but at the same time it rlly makes you think how close og ai herself couldve been to that point and what decisions led her out of that dark place in her life. if i were in her shoes i would be terrified and id cry bc the thought of going back to such a dark place and actually going through with something like that is my worst fear and probably something that ai fears too. but at the same time,,, think from the perspective of ai two !!! like yeah its true that theres this awful terrible version of ai that dies but theres also a whole version of ai that is a superhero magical girl fighting off monsters to save countless ppls lives !! and she has a badass lizard and a gang of awesome friends !!! at first i was worried that ai two would be jealous of og ai and compare herself to her and feel inferior but like.. THEYRE LITERALLY THE SAME PERSON AND CAPABLE OF THE SAME THINGS !!! and ai two realized that !! just within the span of one episode, she went from the version of ai who took her life,, to the version of ai jumping in front of a friend to take a bullet for them and save their life. and that just inspired THE SHIT OUT OF ME. i think that ai was sent another version of herself to sort of beat her own worst enemy yknow ?? those doubts and fears that shes no good or that shes that same bystander from episode one and that she hasnt changed at all. but getting to interact with her parallel self and see her grow was just what she needed to realize that while yeah sometimes the worst thing can happen and things can be terrible but on the other hand sometimes the most wonderful thing imaginable can happen because she has the power to do either.
so im gonna go ahead and stop rambling bc i got all my thoughts out that i wanted to for this post :D but yeah lol i might make another if i feel like it sometime. long story short: this show is perfect and it is going on my favorite of all times.
